Nadder Samari, D.V.M.
Dr. Samari graduated from Iowa State University in 1992 and joined the Battle Lake Veterinary Clinic team. He established Lakes Veterinary Hospital in 2011, in the former Battle Lake Vet Clinic building. For almost 20 years Dr. Samari had been coming to Grand Marais, hoping to someday be part of the community. With the establishment of Cedar Grove Veterinary Clinic in 2017, that dream has come true. Dr. Samari enjoys developing long term relationships and taking care of his clients' companion pets. He also enjoys hunting, boating, and the outdoors.

Lee Samari, Practice Manager
Lee grew up in Wayzata, MN on Lake Minnetonka. Lee enjoys all things water: boating, skiing and swimming. She graduated from Orono High School and attended the U of M for Elementary Education and Psychology. Lee currently is serving as the Practice Manager and also assists the Veterinarian with animal and client care. She has enjoyed putting systems in place for better client care and for a more enjoyable work environment for employees. In her time away from work, she loves reading, cooking, teaching and facilitating with the ministry of Mirror Images.
